Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide via tracked delivery. All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 days from the next working day Monday to Friday. All prints are packaged, sealed and shipped in poster tubes or hard backed envelopes to protect during transition. We will reship you a new one for free if the package is damaged during the transition.

Transition to Europe is rather unstable. It may take longer time around 3 weeks. You may purchase the express delivery to speedup the process. Please contact us for further details.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery. However, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of the initial purchase with no penalty. To cancel, please contact our customer service team.
